In its meeting of 21 November 2011, the Board of Directors of Kotkan Satamatalot Oy, a fully-owned subsidiary of Port of HaminaKotka Ltd, appointed Kyösti Manninen as the new Managing Director of Kotkan Satamatalot Oy. Mari-Anne Aalto continues as the Property Manager of Kotkan Satamatalot Oy.
