Safety Data Sheet in Case of Major Disaster

The Rescue Department of Kymenlaakso has published safety data sheets in case of a major disaster, required by the European Union Seveso Directive, for people living in or adjacent to the cities of Kotka and Hamina.

The data sheets include information on the possible leak and pollution dangers in the area, how to carry out warnings in various situations and how to act after a major disaster.

It is recommended that the safety data sheet is read from time to time and that it is printed out and stored in a place where it can be accessed easily.
